Back, Neck and Shoulder Care
In this class, we focus on nurturing your back, neck, and shoulders through appropriate stretching and strengthening exercises. You'll also learn to stabilize your core and enhance your postural alignment. It is open to practitioners of all levels, including absolute beginners, as long as you are able to walk and get up & down off the floor unassisted.

Our compassionate instructor, Sandy, who has triumphed over cancer herself, leads this class. It begins with 45 minutes of yoga postures followed by 15 minutes of circle discussion. This class is designed for individuals currently dealing with cancer, cancer survivors, and their caregivers. Sandy combines her medical knowledge with her warm understanding, creating a supportive space for healing on the cancer journey. While the class is offered at no charge, we gratefully accept donations for cancer research.
Join us for a class dedicated to unwinding and preparing your body and mind for restful sleep. It is open to practioners of all levels as long as you are able to walk and get up & down off the floor unassisted.
These classes are more challenging than our Gentle/Beginner classes and incorporate strength building & stretching poses. They are appropriate for participants of varying yoga experience as long as you are mobile and have no acute injuries or recent surgeries.
Flow & Yin classes include slow flows & long, deep stretches. They are appropriate for participants of varying yoga experience as long as you are mobile and have no acute injuries or recent surgeries.
These are physically challenging classes. The room is heated to 85-90 degress with infrared ceiling panels. We move through vinyasa flows at a quick pace and recommend practitioners have some yoga experience before attending these classes.
